BOARD MEETING MINUTES

9-1-1 Board of Commissioners

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) Board of Commissioners will conduct its monthly Board Meetings in accordance with its By-Laws, and the monthly meetings are scheduled as follows: January 15, February 19, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18, and December 9, 2008. As stated in Section 7 of the By-Laws, the meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., except for the month of December, which will be the second Tuesday. These meetings shall be conducted in an open meeting and held at the Emergency Communications Center located at 1144 Texas Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana in the Conference Room. Should these scheduled dates be changed or special meetings called, the public will be notified as required by LSA-R, S. 42:4.1.

The meetings' agenda will be structured as follows and the order shall not be departed from except by a majority vote of the members present: Call to Order, Roll Call, Approval of Minutes, Financial Reports, Receipt of Reports from Staff, Sub-committees or Consultants, Consideration of Resolutions, Old Business, New Business, and Adjournment

For copies of previous years minutes not posted on the webpage, please contact the Administrative Staff at 318-675-2222. Under the Public Information Act, the District will provide the first five (5) pages copied at no charge.  For each additional page, there will be a charge of fifty cents ($0.50) per page.

Note:  Due to the unavailability of a quorum of board members to the Caddo Parish Communications District Number One, the July 17, 2007 Board Meeting was cancelled.

The minutes are published after the board meets and approves the minutes of the last meeting.
