NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) Board of Commissioners will conduct its 2026 Board Meetings in accordance with its By-Laws, and the monthly meetings are scheduled as follows: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, December 8, 2026. As stated in Section 7 of the By-Laws, the meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., except for the month of December. These meetings shall be conducted in an open meeting and held at the Emergency Communications Center located at 1144 Texas Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana in the Training Room. Should these scheduled dates be changed or special meetings called, the public will be notified as required by LSA-R. S. 42:19.
The meetings' agendas will be structured as follows, and the order shall not be departed from except by a majority vote of the members present: Call to Order, Roll Call, Public Comment/Introduction of Guests, Approval of Minutes, Financial Reports, Receipt of Reports from Staff, Subcommittees or Consultants, Consideration of Resolutions, Old Business, New Business, and Adjournment.
For copies of previous years minutes not posted on the webpage, please contact the Administrative Staff at 318-675-2222. Under the Public Information Act, the District will provide the first five (5) pages copied at no charge. For each additional page, there will be a charge of fifty cents ($0.50) per page.
The minutes are published after the board meets and approves the minutes of the last meeting.
